On the day of your reservation, please come to the designated meeting place 10 minutes before the lesson start time and be ready to meet the instructor at the start of the lesson.
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes without any notice, your reservation may be canceled and we may move onto other tasks. In that case, please note that a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that we will not provide refunds for any fees paid.
If you cannot make it to the start of the lesson, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation on the day: 100%
Cancellation the day before: 90%

Cancellation  7 days before: 70%

Cancellation 2 Weeks before: 50%
Cancellation 31days before: 0%

＜ Refund Eligible ＞
Refunds will only be given if the lesson is cancelled or postponed for the following reasons:
- If all lifts are suspended due to bad weather or a natural disaster.
- When all lifts are suspended due to maintenance or other reasons.
- In case of cancellation due to our reasons.
・In the case of an emergency such as sudden illness or chronic illness (please bring a doctor's note or medical certificate).
